The Luta Livre Esportiva style has been practiced in Brazil since 1927, and it means "Sporting Free Fight". It is a marcial art free of any gear that could turn submissions easier. The fighter uses only the opponent body, looking for a superior technical, through throws, twists, chokes and locks. It's a sporting fight because its rules does not allow to hit, contributing to preserve the physical of the athletes while they are developing their thecnics.
